( MINGLE - WEEK 5 )
![]() The sun is shining, the air conditioner units hum as they always do, and a gentle morning breeze blows against the windows. The scent of pine cones and evergreen follow you wherever you go in the motel, save for the parking lot and outdoor pool. It seems like someone was very generous with the detergent while moping the floors. The two grandfather clocks (one on each floor) will ring with each passing hour, indicating the time of day without fail. With this knowledge — they'll note the motel will continue to be surrounded by fog until 8:00 AM on the dot. It is at that hour that the fog will begin to recede. Not enough to reveal the whole city, but enough to allow residents to explore some of the buildings surrounding the motel. And speaking of the motel, it seems like the Kitchen, Dining Hall and Disposal room are still under constructions. Meals will be served in the Pool/Outdoor Dining Area in the meantime. How quaint. As a reminder, we are now accepting murder proposals for Week 5! If you're interested in having your character commit a murder this week, be sure to send in your proposal before Tuesday, 9:00 PM EST. Without any murders we can't have a murdergame, so go forth and let the bodies hit the floor! As always, feel free to PM us or send us a PP over plurk if you have any questions! ic rulebook | locations | statuses | room assignments private conversations | ic profiles | graveyard | full navigation |

I mean, I'm haunted! By stupid ghosts with nothing... Better... To do!
[ Scrub scrub scrub. Maybe with less manpride he could ask the staff for help?
...Later. ]

wow. it doesn't have to be like this, you guys. ]
They can always write it again. It's better to not let it bother you -- I wouldn't expect your kin to fluster so easily.

Yeah, we're going to ruin the wall at this rate...
[ How to acknowledge the state of the Percy:
Toss a bath towel at him. Otherwise he'll catch a cold, fanservice shouldn't come at a price. ]
I can feel silly over the slip of the tongue! I was raised by that kind of person.

Your Master must have been rather bashful, then. Huh. You'll have to tell me more about him.
[ something warm swims in his eyes. ]
You make me miss my own blade — it has weathered far too much, my own flames included...but it's seamless and steely nonetheless. A skilled swordsman can only be at his best with the right sword, after all.
...The Lohengrin has been with me ever since I began my journey. I wonder if it will remember me when the time comes.
Holy crap dw tools fucked that tag up
[ Nagasone remembers Percival talking about his sword before. The amount of tenderness has Nagasone look more fondly than he was being nostalgic. ]
I'm sure it will. We have pretty good memory, so long as our kind are well cared for. It's obvious you do.
