( MINGLE - WEEK 4 )
![]() The sun is shining, the air conditioner units hum as they always do, and a gentle morning breeze blows against the windows. The scent of pine cones and evergreen follow you wherever you go in the motel, save for the parking lot and outdoor pool. It seems like someone was very generous with the detergent while moping the floors. The two grandfather clocks (one on each floor) will ring with each passing hour, indicating the time of day without fail. With this knowledge — they'll note the motel will continue to be surrounded by fog until 8:00 AM on the dot. It is at that hour that the fog will begin to recede. Not enough to reveal the whole city, but enough to allow residents to explore some of the buildings surrounding the motel. And speaking of the buildings surrounding the motel, it seems like the Library is now open. How quaint. As a reminder, we are now accepting murder proposals for Week 4! If you're interested in having your character commit a murder this week, be sure to send in your proposal before Tuesday, 9:00 PM EST. Remember that we can't have a murdergame without any murders, so go forth and let the bodies hit the floor. As always, feel free to PM us or send us a PP over plurk if you have any questions! ic rulebook | locations | statuses | room assignments private conversations | ic profiles | graveyard | full navigation |

[ Ah yes... Grinding for those sweet drops. Tsurugi would never have the patience for going out on so many missions for supplies? ]
I guess you can say that though- if you've read my profile before the only thing I really "hunt" are vampires. Unless you count those guys as monsters or creatures.

Hmm, not really, I guess! I use to work with one of these vampires, actually- but they make contracts with humans and that's how both of them get these interesting "powers". Haha, he would always step on me, and try to kill me.. Even hung me once! He was sooo rough... Those were the days! He paid me a lot for doing all that though.
[ Was that last bit of information totally necessary? Totally. ]
But they can also make dying humans into subclass vampires, so they're a bit weaker, but those are the ones I usually hunt because they're more common.

Yeah, he abused me a lot! He was just wild at that age! We were a pretty great team though. Also I could never say no to what he paid me.
[ Totally about the money. He just waves his hand kind of dismissively though. ]
I never really got hurt hunting vampires though, I'm pretty great at it so I don't see it as dangerous.

[ Tsurugi just crosses his arms for a moment to think about it... Then unfolds them to rub the back of his head with a hand. ]
I don't really understand a lot of ... Complicated situations, or how to feel about them? I'm just kind of hoping I'd get out of this alive, I guess! What about you?

[ HE WANTS HIS JOB BACK. Craftly, let him free. ]
This place is kind of depressing too, don't you think? There's a lot of buildings, but it's not all that fun. It's really bland...

[ Just thinking about some things that first come to mind... Come on, they at least deserve something for surviving four weeks. ]
