SURVIVORS: 32 The sun is shining, the air conditioner units hum as they always do, and a gentle morning breeze blows against the windows. The scent of pine cones and evergreen follow you wherever you go in the motel, save for the parking lot and outdoor pool. It seems like someone was very generous with the detergent while moping the floors. The two grandfather clocks (one on each floor) will ring with each passing hour, indicating the time of day without fail. With this knowledge — they'll note the motel will continue to be surrounded by fog until 8:00 AM on the dot. It is at that hour that the fog will begin to recede. Not enough to reveal the whole city, but enough to allow residents to explore some of the buildings surrounding the motel. And speaking of the buildings surrounding the motel, it seems like the Library is now open. How quaint. As a reminder, we are now accepting murder proposals for Week 4! If you're interested in having your character commit a murder this week, be sure to send in your proposal before Tuesday, 9:00 PM EST. They might be spaces for some people's special rules, like how the role pages appear blank for anyone else.

It's true that's possible but I remember, um, the first couple of days was it? The rules were only about not busting up the hotel and such. When we were given roles, more words appeared.

[So he's still suspicious.]

That's what I mean-- maybe more rules showed up for some people. Say. Exactly six people in particular.

I wonder if someone's role could see it. But that would be very difficult to arrange.

I don't think they're the sharing kind of people. Just the... passive-aggressive note battle kind of people.

It's really hard to take all these murders seriously sometimes.

We did arm wrestle a murderer last week. And this week we nabbed her through a riveting game of hangman.

Yeah, see, that. That is a thing that keeps happening and I don't know how to feel about it.

[potentite]

At least we caught them? Though if another murder is committed, we really do need to buckle down on being able to confidently solve them without a hint.

... I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.

[potentite]

... That's fair. [He's not even going to deny that and he's a Hope God.]

Besides, so long as we've got the hints, we might as well use them. The game's rigged against us enough as it is.

Oh certainly, I won't turn my nose up at them but we don't know if we'll always have them.

I think the best we can hope for is that we get better with time via knowing each other better.

[potentite]

A mite bit depressing that we'll get better at it the closer we are, knowing the outcome of that.
