[score one for chie. she gives him one last firm squeeze and a tussle of his ponytail before stepping back and bundling up a bit of her sleeve to wipe at her misty eyes.]

Thanks for saving my life twice. [for the last time, she raises right arm, letting her sleeve fall to reveal her crude stump before letting it fall to her side.] I...I'm ready now. See you in a bit?

[she closes her eyes and tries to relax.]
